Do I have to commit to a long-term lease?
In short, no! We understand the need for flexibility, which is why we offer month-to-month rental options. Just let us know 15-days in advance before your move-out date to avoid any fees!
How do I pay my storage bill?
Paying your bill is quick and convenient. Pay online in your Customer Portal using ACH, debit or credit card. You also have the option to pay via check both in-person or via mail.
What is required to rent a unit?
To secure a rental unit, please provide a valid government-issued photo identification, the prorated rent for the current month along with a $20.00 administrative fee, and a lock for the security of your unit. Best part of all, this can all be done online via our easy rental portal!
What security features does Trailhead Storage offer?

Our facility is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, gated access with personalized access codes, and well-lit grounds to ensure a secure environment. Additionally, our storage units are constructed with high-quality materials to provide added protection for your items.
Are there any items that I cannot store at Trailhead Storage?

What sizes of storage units do you offer?
At Trailhead Storage, we offer a variety of unit sizes to meet your needs, ranging from small 5' x 5' units perfect for personal items to larger 10' x 40' x 16' enclosed units. We also offer covered parking - perfect for campers, RV's and other seasonal recreational gear! We're happy to assist you in choosing the right sized unit for your specific needs!

Are there any packing tips that you recommend when preparing to store items?
Good packing prevents damage and makes it easier to retrieve items at ease! Boxes and Containers – Use sturdy, uniform boxes for easy stacking. Avoid plastic bags, which trap moisture and can cause mold. Filling Boxes – Don’t leave empty space inside boxes—fill gaps with packing paper or bubble wrap to prevent shifting. Avoid overstuffing, which can cause boxes to burst. Labeling – Label at least two sides of every box. Include both a general category (e.g., “Kitchen”) and a brief inventory (“potholders, utensils, towels”). Mark fragile items clearly. Furniture – Disassemble larger pieces and wrap them in blankets or furniture covers to prevent scratches and dust buildup. Artwork and Mirrors – Wrap in bubble wrap, add corner protectors, and store upright to avoid damage. Organization in the Unit – Keep frequently used items near the front, heavy items on the bottom, and create walkways for easy access.
How do I pay for my unit via check?
Please write all checks for monthly rent out to: "Trailhead Storage" with your unit number in the memo. Tenants can submit their checks in one of two options: - In-Person: Drop off at our secure box within the storage facility gate - Mail: Mail your check to: 7154 W.
